"Fresh pasta" is entirely different from the standard dried pasta. Fresh pasta comes in two variations – the one made from flour and water only and another made with eggs. If you want to organize a special dinner for your family and friends, fresh pasta would add a special touch to your meal.

If you and/or your friends are interested in this topic, we can organize special events on wine at your home. During this entertaining and educational session, you can learn how wine is made, how to recognize its flavours, how to taste it and finally how to pair it with food.
This event is normally divided into two sessions: the first part focuses on discovering and understanding wine. In the second part, we will enjoy it with a sample of dishes.

Are you taking a French, Italian or German class and would like to practice? Planning a trip to Europe and feel uncomfortable with communicating?
Why not organize a dinner party where you can both practice your language skills in a relaxed environment while learning about the culture and the food? We can also "present" Europe to you in a seminar format to learn more about the region you are visiting as well as some key terminology for communicating.
Chef Roberto's mother tongues are French and Italian and he is fluent in German. He can guide you through the discovery of the languages and their culture.
