CHEF SERVICES
Our service is designed for anyone who needs help in the kitchen: people on the go, families, new mothers, elderly persons and also small companies/offices that want to provide their employees with quality meals. We can provide any of these services on a one-time basis, temporarily, short or lon-term.
The following services are available:
- Free consultation: we will discuss your needs with you and plan the menu accordingly. Typically we will propose two different menus to choose from.
- Grocery shopping, home/office cooking and food storing: we shop for all ingredients, prepare the meal in your home/office, serve or store the meals, and clean the kitchen. We bring our own utensils.
- Kitchen management: for those requesting regular cooking services, we offer full inventory management of your kitchen as requested (ie. restocking spices, and other essentials). We are also happy to shop for any other household needs you may have.
- Cooking instruction: instruction can be provided to anyone who needs help in following a new diet or diety restrictions determined by a doctor and can also design recipes for dietary needs. We also do hands-on or demonstration cooking "parties".
SOMMELIER SERVICES
- Wine and food pairing for special events
- Wine cellar stocking and inventory
- On-site sommelier service and staffing
- Private wine tastings and parties (check our "specials" section)
- Wine instruction/courses
